What this policy covers

This policy covers data collected on the Foodnotes marketing website (foodnotes.app) and through the waitlist form on this site. It does not cover the Foodnotes app experience itself.

Essential security/reliability cookies set by Cloudflare.

Your email is used only to send Foodnotes product updates.
Analytics data is used only to improve the site.
Security/reliability cookies are used to keep the site working and protected.

We use the following third-party processors to operate this site:

Cloudflare for hosting/security-related infrastructure.
Loops (loops.so) for waitlist email submission and updates.
PostHog for product analytics.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your information with other parties for advertising or data brokerage.

We use PostHog to understand how people use this site so we can improve it. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information in our analytics, and we do not share this analytics data with third parties.

Email updates and unsubscribe

If you join the waitlist, we only send product updates. Every update email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Data retention

We keep waitlist email addresses for as long as needed to send updates, unless you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
